Having collected my Ford Laser (TS 8734) from your premises last Friday following a relatively small repair job, I just feel prompted to drop you this short note of thanks.
It is all too rare these days for us to take time out to thank anyone for good service, but on this occasion I wish to do so and I hope my appreciation can be passed on to the person or persons who worked on my car. Firstly, of course, the repair work was carried out to a very high standard, but I was completely taken by suprise to find that someone had taken the trouble to vacuum and clean the interior of the car and this was so much appreciated. The finishing touch with the packet of sweets was a very nice touch - thank you again for a job well done.
We always hope it is not necessary to call on your services, but at least if the need arises I know where to come.
I just wanted you to know how impressed I was with the service that Laycock's delivered. We organised for someone to take me back to work, rang within an hour to say that they had located the leak, what it would involve to fix it, and the cost. To top it off he then organised for someone to drop the car to me, and I'd take them back to work.
I've not had service like that for ages.

This is the first time we have had to engage the services of a panel and paint shop. We are very pleased with the service that Laycock's provided through such an inconvenient time. Special thanks to Ronnie Shields whom gave me the initial advice as to the procedure to follow to enable a trouble free claim to be processed. I am writing to express my gratitude at the customer service I received. My car was in to have a rear bumper bar replaced and due to the lousy weather on Friday I requested that I be picked up from The Civic Offices in Tuam Street. I wish to thank you very much for the service and to the Czech guy (sorry...I didn't get his name) who picked me up.

A small note to say "Thank you" for the effort you have put in to my Mirage. In today's "business world" there are few places that I feel truly realise the importance of customer service. The car suffered extensive frontal damage whilst being returned from a car grooming company. I believe that there is no other Panel Repair Company in Christchurch able to match the service given by Laycock's to repair, replace the damaged parts, and get the vehicle back on the road with the bumper colour matched in under four hours. L.S. Laycock's have now repaired three top executive vehicles belonging to Dunlop (all with as new results).
